Terms of service.

By creating a Postwyse account, accessing the platform at postwyse.com, or using any Postwyse service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Postwyse on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Postwyse is an AI-powered marketing platform. The service includes content planning, multi-platform publishing, brand-voice AI generation (via Claude, Grok, or your own keys), social listening, marketing analytics, lead detection, autonomous marketing agents, and integrations with third-party platforms (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Bluesky, Medium, YouTube, TikTok, Gmail, and others as we add them).

Some features are gated by subscription plan. Connecting third-party integrations is optional but required for any functionality that posts to or syncs with those platforms.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity that happens under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it current.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Postwyse.

Each organization gets its own workspace. Members within an organization can have different roles (owner, admin, editor, viewer) granting different levels of access.

You agree not to use Postwyse to: publish content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes a third party's rights; send spam or bulk unsolicited messages; impersonate another person or organization; reverse-engineer the platform; circumvent rate limits; use the service in a way that violates the terms of service of any connected third-party platform (LinkedIn, X, Meta, etc.).

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, including accounts that auto-publish content found to be misleading, spammy, or in violation of platform policies.

You retain all ownership of the content you create, upload, or generate through Postwyse. We do not claim copyright over your posts, drafts, brand assets, or analytics.

You grant Postwyse a limited, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, display, and distribute your content for the sole purpose of operating the service. This license ends when you delete the content or close your account, except where retention is required by law or for backup integrity for a reasonable period.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload, including images, video, third-party trademarks, and licensed assets.

Postwyse generates draft content using third-party large language models (currently Claude by Anthropic and Grok by xAI), or models tied to API keys you bring. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated drafts before publishing.

AI output may contain errors, hallucinations, copyrighted phrases, or material that misrepresents your brand. Postwyse provides tooling to draft content; you remain accountable for what you publish under your name and your organization's name.

For agents in Auto mode, you have explicitly opted in to a confidence-gated, delay-windowed auto-publish flow. The 24-hour scheduling delay (configurable) gives you a window to revert before anything goes live. Even so, output quality and editorial review are your responsibility.

When you connect a third-party platform, you authorize Postwyse to act on your behalf with the scopes you grant. Postwyse stores OAuth tokens securely and uses them only to perform actions you initiate (publishing, reading, syncing).

You can disconnect any integration at any time from Settings -> Integrations. Disconnecting revokes the token and stops all sync.

Postwyse is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party platform we integrate with. The names and logos belong to their respective owners.

Each third-party platform has its own terms of service. If a platform changes its API or restricts a feature, we may have to disable a corresponding Postwyse capability without notice.

Paid plans renew automatically on the cadence you selected (monthly or annually) until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.

Pricing may change. We will provide reasonable notice before changing your plan price.

Some features have usage limits (AI generations per month, scheduled posts, connected accounts). Exceeding limits may temporarily pause those features until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade.

You can close your account at any time from your account settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are using the service unlawfully.

On termination, we delete your account data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law. You can export your content before terminating; we encourage you to do so.

Postwyse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every conceivable threat, or that AI output will be accurate, brand-safe, or free of bias.

Marketing analytics, AI visibility scores, and competitor data are estimates. Do not treat them as financial, legal, or strategic advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postwyse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid Postwyse in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold Postwyse harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms periodically. When we make material changes we will notify you via email or in-product notice. Continued use of Postwyse after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
