Page Authority (PA)
Moz's 1-100 score predicting how well a specific page will rank.
Page Authority is the page-level cousin of Domain Authority — a 1-100 score that predicts how well a specific URL will rank, not the whole domain. The same logarithmic scale applies: moving from 20 to 30 is easier than 60 to 70.
A site with DA 70 can host pages with PA 10 (a forgotten blog post) and PA 80 (the homepage). PA is what you actually compete against when targeting a keyword, which is why "the homepage of Wikipedia outranks me" feels different from "this specific Wikipedia page outranks me."
Improve PA by earning backlinks to that specific URL, building strong internal links from your own high-PA pages, and updating the page's content regularly so it stays relevant.
